The colorful, enthusiastic crowd behind Donald Trump at a rally Tuesday in Sanford, Florida drew some attention from the Republican presidential nominee.

"I love those pink signs, 'Women for Trump.' I love the signs behind me," he crowed. "'Blacks for Trump.' I like those signs. 'Blacks for Trump.' You watch. You watch. Those signs are great!"

A man wearing a doctor's coat and a stethoscope inexplicably appeared in the crowd behind Trump's podium. A white woman who was partially obscured by Trump could also be seen holding a "Blacks for Trump" sign aloft.
