US Attorneys will be monitoring on Election Day to respond to complaints

Both of election fraud and voting rights abuses. They will enforce federal laws protect against intimidating or bribing voters, buying and selling votes, impersonating voters, altering vote tallies, stuffing ballot boxes, and marking ballots for voters against their wishes or without their input.

Special ADAs will be on duty when the polls open Nov. 8 and are publicizing their phone numbers.

FBI special agents will be on duty and available and are publishing their phone numbers.

I suggest looking at the US Attorney website for your area for a press release with the relevant phone numbers. If you don't see one, I would call. A little advance planning on our parts can help so we can tell people who to contact immediately.
