PredictWise seems to have made a FULL recovery back to the 90 percentile range, nearing 4:00 P.M. PST time.

I said "PredictWise seems to have made a FULL recovery back to the 90 percentile range, nearing 4:00 P.M. PST time."
What I should have said is that PredictWise is in the process of getting back to the 90 percentile range.
