Team H/Dems have not run a great campaign when it comes to putting these issues front and center.

When Trump keeps repeating the 'lock her up' narrative, Team H should counter forcefully that this is a man whose entire existence is built up fraud and corruption, while she has been subject to numerous (mostly politically motivated) investigations over the past 24 years and for the most part has been found to be an honest and well intentioned person.
