I have not felt like this since 2000.. and that was pretty cruddy..

The entire country was burnt out by the time everything settled down.. and it seems pretty much the same way now.. If we had, had Gore as President.. there is a good chance 9/11 would still have happened..but the one thing that would not have happened, was the opening of a never ending war with the middle east.. Gore would have gone to Afghanistan and cleaned house and stayed out of Iraq..

People were walking around ehhhh not that enthused to vote in 2000 ... well wake up and smell the coffee everyone who has their fingers up their nose and cannot get off there back sides to vote because they are not enthusiastic..

You want a repeat only worse of the Bush years?? think of it that way.. get enthusiastic to have a rational goverment..

Edit to add: Stein is not a viable option.. you might as well vote Trump

Even if you didn't like HTC you would think that there would be a high level of enthusiasm to vote against Trump, who is a total disgrace, narcissist and all around lunatic.

I am not worried. Keep in mind that we are well ahead in Virginia, Colorado, New Hampshire and Nevada. Add the solid blue states to that and we are at 279 electoral votes.

This means we can lose Florida, Ohio and North Carolina and still win. Now I'm not giving up on those as Its too close to do. That but I am optimistic.

this current one. Not even close.

Even 2012 was tighter, yet Obama overperformed virtually all the polls and won comfortably.

I know Trump is a scary candidate, but he has no path to the White House.

I already voted but I am fucking EXHAUSTED.
The idea of even a remote possibility of Trump winning has me feeling very depressed. I just want this shit OVER and to find out Hillary won. I honestly don't know what I will do if Trump were to win. My daughters have already suggested that we consider moving to Canada if Trump wins. A KID does not want to stay in America under Trump...how sad is that? I am NOT someone who says I'll move out of the country over someone being elected. I didn't freak out over Busch or despise him. I'm an Independent. But this election feels so different. Trump has sucked all the life and joy and oxygen out of everything and everyone.

And everything that came after it.
Patriot Act, Iraq Invasion, destroyed economy, torture, ISIS and much much more.
