His work has been excellent. He is trying his very best to make sure this country doesn't make the catastrophic mistake of voting for Trump.

He whipped little Comey into shape didn't he -- he bitched the most about Comey not indicting Clinton because he is an arrogant ass with a serious entitlement complex.

...the anti-Clinton faction in the FBI that rebelled against the decision to not indict Clinton. There is a Civil War taking place in the FBI: a very conservative GOP-leaning, right-wing faction (think PNAC) and a more centrist, law-abiding majority. The anti-Clinton faction has ginned-up this latest email bruhaha AND made sure they strong-armed Comey.

I dunno. They posed it this way in the complaint:

“Representative Chaffetz, in an ill-planned partisan attempt, released information that compromised the integrity of the FBI, when he irresponsibly tweeted out that the case investigating Secretary Clinton’s emails had been reopened, when in fact it had not been. Members of Congress are elected to make our country a safer, better place- not to use their power to work with leaders such as Comey in a partisan fashion. I hope that both are held accountable for their actions,” said Scott Dworkin, Senior Advisor to the Democratic Coalition Against Trump.

I'm not sure if it would be just an ethics violation, or if they will try and tie it into the Hatch Act depending on what they find out...

20. Felty indeed. I would think The Hatch Act would apply to him.
