I had sworn off superhero movies, but this looks different. Plus Benadryl Cumberbund is always good and seems perfectly cast.

My wife hates "comic book" movies.

I gave her the basic gist of the plot and told her that world-class thespians Tilda Swinton and Bumbershoot Cabbagepatch were the principals in it. Supposedly, it is a rousing good-vs-evil mystical tale well told.

She said, "We need a break from worrying about this election. That sounds like the farthest thing from it. When do we go?"

So now I'm totally stoked. I thought I was going to have to see it by myself.

The effects are supposed to be spectacular. I'm really looking forward to it as a comic book junkie!
