TrumpTraders. Has this app been discussed here?

Apparently it's a tool for Teh Millennialz to swap their protest votes for Stein or Johnson in a swing state with a Hillary voter in a "safe" state. For example, the Stein supporter votes for Hillary in NC, with the Hillary supporter voting for Stein in CA.

Thoughts? Legit? Bogus?

Came up on my GoogleNews page and I was wondering if anyone had heard of it.

My vote is set, but I know of one damned millenial still voting for Stein. If it's illegal, I obviously won't suggest it.

you're in Ohio you vote for Hillary...but meanwhile I go vote for Hillary anyway. How does this make sense? It's the honor system is it?

Afterwards it was kinda forgotten about.

I would never engage in it with a random person.

LOS ANGELES - In a decision stemming from a dispute during the controversial presidential election of 2000, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled today that so-called "vote-swapping" websites are protected by the First Amendment.

"Technology changes the way politics work, but it doesn't alter the basic principles of democracy," said Peter Eliasberg, the ACLU of Southern California's Manheim Family Attorney for First Amendment Rights. "Voters of any political persuasion should be able to meet like-minded voters wherever they are and organize for their candidates without threats to their freedom of speech."
