The lady told me...early voting and mailed in ballots are counted first...so the first numbers you see after polls close 7:30 in Ohio.. will be when the number come in...our polls close at 7:00.

in my California county, except for the two weekends before the election there is only one early in-person voting location. Now mail-in votes, which IMHO are a form of early voting, are opened and tallied at the county registrar's office, and they don't break them down by anything smaller than city, congressional district, assembly district - and then only for those specific offices.
