FBI Complaint Filed Against Rudy Giuliani for Knowledge of Russian Hacks

The complaint was filed by the Democratic Coalition Against Trump on Friday.

DCAT said in a news release, “In July, Giuliani said that Russia has the 33,000 emails deleted from Clinton’s private email server, going on to say that he does “cybersecurity for a living” so it’s a subject he knows according to a Politico article. Giuliani then stated, “The Russians have those emails, they’ve had them for some time.””

“Rudy Giuliani stated that he knew the Russians had hacked into and stole property that belonged to Secretary Clinton, it doesn’t get much more clear-cut than that,” said Scott Dworkin, Senior Advisor to the Coalition.

“It’s not surprising that someone so close to Trump’s campaign would have knowledge of the attacks perpetrated at the hand of a foreign government.”

He's now proven that he's allowed the FBI to get politicized, and he evidently has no control over rogue agents in that "cell" within the New York field office. So what kind of "manager" does that make him? Besides, he's not only brought questions down upon the agency he's supposed to lead, but also himself, for partisanship, politicizing, and incompetence.

A Democratic consultant who has done work for the DNC, who asked not to be identified, says he was recently informed about the suspected bugging.

The DNC officials will not say what countermeasures were subsequently taken. "As a general policy, we don't talk about such efforts," the other DNC official says. But this official adds, "You have to take all of this incredibly seriously." The first DNC official notes, "We are the oldest political party in this country, and we are under constant attack from Russia and/or maybe others."

Adam Hodge, a spokesman for the DNC, says, "The DNC is not going to comment on stories about its security. In all security matters, we cooperate fully with the appropriate law enforcement agencies and take all necessary steps to protect the committee and the safety and security of our staff." ...........
