I haven't seen a breakdowns regarding how diverse the FBI is overall.

I think he only appointed one on that entire list. And, if the issue is diversity, I think President Obama has the best record of any President with respect to appointing women and minorities. For example, President Obama has appointed more Asian Pacific Americans as Article III judges, then all Presidents before him combined.
