Frankly, all of DTC ads need to be pulled because they are all flawed! I will call the station and complain and talk with an attorney about the ads being propaganda instead of facts. I am just so sick of the crap that the Republican fed networks have allowed. The people will speak and then Hillary will start working on cleaning things up. It really shows the antiquated views of Republicans. They want a dictator not a president.

FCC Rules say stations may NOT censor any ad paid for directly by the candidates own campaign.
"but if any licensee shall permit any such candidate to use its facilities, it shall afford equal opportunities to all other candidates for that office to use such facilities. Such licensee shall have no power of censorship over the material broadcast by any such candidate. "

Only candidate's own ads. Others could get station sued in a civil case or sanctioned by the government, more likely by the FTC for false and deceptive advertising, though someone might file with the FCC for not operating in the public interest. The station would need to receive a legal take down notice in order to have this happen. In other words they can be found defamatory if the distributor knew they were false or should have known, yet continued to distribute it regardless.
However if the candidates own campaign bought the ads the Communications act has no censorship allowed (except in the case of it being categorized as obscene, which is a high bar - From what I know the FCC hasn't sanctioned anyone for obscene, only indecent.)
