538: Clinton now at 68.3% and has been climbing all morning.

Silver has been updating the model every 20 minutes or so.

The first time I checked this AM she was at 63%.

Dem Senate chances remain under 50%.

UPDATE at 3:16 pm ET: The slow climb continues. Clinton now at 68.5%.

very close that if we get the Senate we have a chance to really change things

If we can turn NH and North Carolina for us in the Senate, I think that will do it.

I am surprised that Bayh has lost momentum
