2. This could add Clinton votes in Philly

Most people don't know this, but the Northeast part of Philadelphia is the largest immigration point in the US for immigrants from Russia and the Ukraine. They still follow news from Russian and Ukraine and I've heard jokes from them about the authoritarian regime in Russia. While Trumps connection to Russia and Putin hasn't been much of a starter with most Americans, I'd bet it's well known in this Russian/Ukranian diaspora. These voters usually vote Republican, but this issue might be enough to tip them toward Clinton.
That event would help swell her advantage and margin out of the city since the northeast and far northeast areas of the city are where most of the GOP votes reside.
