I think age 60 qualifies. But yes, there's the pageantry of the line at the precinct. JustABozoOnThisBus Nov 2016 #11
Same with my precinct - I go in the morning, so there are usually fewer people Siwsan Nov 2016 #12

Being a geezer, I can get an absentee ballot without lying about travel plans.

I'll have to check. But there's something about going into the precinct, on election day, and filling in those circles. I'll probably keep doing it, for as long as I can.

I like the absentee ballot so I can read the proposals at my leisure. But the precinct voting is sort of fun, too. My precinct never has a long line, fifteen or twenty at most. Not like some of the newsworthy lines in Ohio or Florida.

I pull up the sample ballot and read through the proposals.

Also to all fellow Michigan DUers,Joan Larson who is one of the incumbents on the MI Supreme Court,is on Trump's list of possible SC justices so she was a no for me.

dropped off ballots at beautiful Voter Assistance Center in Napa County

We voted straight DEM because we know this is what MADAME PRESIDENT will need in order to have a fully functional unobstructed gov't
