I think it's time for a new direction, so, I support Keith Ellison for DNC chair

I still love Hillary, think she would have been a tremendously great president, but it didn't happen,

I don't want to try the same thing again, that's going down the road of the oft-quoted "insanity" saying.

We have competing, sometimes warring, factions within the Democratic Party. It's time to step back a bit and IMO support the more progressive wing and their candidates.

So, sorry Howard, I voted for you in 04, still have the thank-you card somewhere, but not again.

Martin O'Malley would be my first choice. I also like Tom Perez. Not sure if either of them is interested though.

He's from near me so I get to hear him a lot. He's a great new voice and really resonates with the communities that should be growing at the base of the party.

We saw from DWS that it's too much work and the ugly side of politics can bleed into the elected position.

We need someone who can devote their full attention to getting Democrats elected in 18 and 20. Ellison is in the House...he won't have the time to do the job.

Someone full time
Someone who can bring back the 50-state strategy
Someone who will fight back
