Just my opinion but I would like to see a non-congressional person as the

new head of thee DNC. By getting a member of congress, we open ourselves again to allegations of favoritism. Look outside of congress for some democratic strength. It is there. A rush to everybody's favorite will not work.

Though I believe that Dean did a great job back when he held the position with his 50 state initiative - I believe now he has become associated with the establishment Dems and that is what I think is being held against him.

This is why I think they are looking for a new face to head the DNC.

Your thoughts?

I don't mind him supporting the other candidate, it's when it gets personal and negative.
