I'm whiplashing between horror and some form of hysteria

Watching Samantha bee is really healing.

Husband is making really insightful comments. He has a lot of clarity about how this is going to play out in the view of history. You know it. I'm still anxious.

when will be the first day I don't shed tears. I'm not sure why so many were willing to do this crazy thing except that they believe the govt is a reality show and that arson seemed like it'd be fun - a lot more entertaining than boring actual policy and functioning.

I'd rather have a Republican president than a supposed Democrat blowing up the joint, and I've never in my life voted for a Republican.

doc said to take Aleve which does help. Also leaving the computer for several hours at a time.

I need to shop for shoes but can't get myself up for it. My dreams are bad, too.
