1. There are very few cities/urban areas where he won.

However he can't tour rural areas because school gyms are often the largest public gathering spot those areas and the crowds would only number in the hundreds. He cannot draw a huge crowd regardless of where he goes and it's only going to get worse for him once his destructive policies and broken promises reach those rural areas.
