If America's largest employer is Walmart paying 17K a year, "rich" isn't 400K and up

And in any case, the very wealthy make their money through cap gains. Nor, by any stretch is this a fair share. Discussions like that are meaningless. We have a society, it has obligations to its members that must be paid for, and we are neither collecting enough to pay for it nor making good on our obligations.
