Romney can jump up in the primary polls by going full "birther". The republicans would love him.

It's too late in SC, but it will help in FL and the rest of the states.

His daddy was born in Mexico ... (on Thom Hartmann, a caller questioned why the "birther issue" didn't preclude George Romney, Mitt's daddy, from running for President ... but then, he was a Republican ... and white)

Not full-blown birther, but wasn't one of the concerns by the birthers that O's daddy wasn't a legal citizen of the U.S.?
