On Sharpton's show just now:

Discussion of Mitt RMoney sending out his wife and Rep. Kelly Ayotte and the SC governor Nikki Haley to talk to women for him. I guess Mittens thinks he needs an interpreter, or considers us a special interest group.

The president of NOW and Laura Bassett of Huffington Post were on discussing RMoney's "woman problem". Great discussion. "Ann Romney isn't running for president. President doesn't send Michelle to talk to women for him. He is comfortable speaking directly to women himself."

I think we will see 20 - 25 point gaps between the President and the Limp Stiffy.

3. Michelle Obama has campaigned for her husband and I'm sure will do so again.

The RMoney's can do this if they want. I don't have a problem with it.

isn't or hasn't campaigned for her husband. I am contrasting that RMoney doesn't speak to women directly, and has Ann do it for him, as if it is beneath him or he doesn't trust himself to not be patronizing.

His campaign managers probably begged him to stay away from women's groups.

I also disagree re: FLOTUS. She and her husband are a team, she goes out as a delegate and a partner, not a substitute.
