Did Dennis Kucinich just take a Bribe?

It appears that it will be his job to supply the liberal perspective for on-air debate on the pressing issue of the day. Did Hillary Clinton fake a blood clot to avoid testifying about Benghazi? Should teachers be required to carry Uzis? Is Barack Obama more socialist or fascist? Is Barack Obama an King or dictator?

Will Kucinich be used as the face of a democratic party stooge to support Fox propaganda play of the day?

Why is Dennis still the target of choice in a town that turns compliant corporate shills into rich corporate shills. He isn't one of them, and doesn't play the game by the same rules, so he's getting special treatment. Isn't he? Think about it.

Will he be forced to waste his entire precious airtime doing what he did in that last debate he was allowed in that Tim Russert moderated-

it was a democratic candidate debate in 2004 I guess and Tim spent the entire question to him time asking about UFO's and his belief in them and aliens.

Took the entire question, almost no more airtime after that, made Dennis look like an idiot
and Dennis was never invited back as his votes in the next primary were so tiny (probably because he looked like an idiot).

Dennis is allowed to make money.

But some above said, better than being in a lobby group (like Russ Feingold sulked off to)?

I don't know, Dennis has the power to be tricked into giving 1/2 answers that cost the democratic candidates a lot more than or equal to a lobby group.

Here is wikipedia -

Following his defeat, Feingold was appointed a visiting professor at Marquette University Law School.[70][71] He wrote a book entitled While America Sleeps: A Wake-Up Call to the Post-9/11 World, and supported President Barack Obama in his reelection bid in the 2012 presidential election.[72] In February 2012, it was announced that Feingold would be a co-chair for President Obama's re-election campaign.[73] He is now the Stephen Edward Scarff Distinguished Visiting Professor at Lawrence University[74] and the Mimi and Peter E. Haas Distinguished Visitor at Stanford Law School.[75]
In February 2011, Feingold formed Progressives United, a grassroots Political Action Committee.

It is a lot classier to be a visiting professor at three well known, respected universities and to have written a book.

I really do not get why you are attacking others to defend Kucinich. That argument was most often used by young kids and usually rejected by most parents. The fact is that Kucinich has done nothing in taking this job that deserves either praise or condemnation - that awaits how he uses the position or it uses him.

Classy as professor may be, you gotta be in it to whine

and from prior posts, you seem to not think being senator or house is a good thing
leading to lesser candidates taking the posts

that leads to whining if say Kucinich's replacements (or Kerry's) are not as good as they are.

whereas the legendary #1 super Jerry Brown, ended his 2 terms, ran for president, and ran for lesser offices, out of the spotlight and years later, came back and is, without question
the singular greatest governor of California ever, which is after NY, of course, the 2nd greatest state in the nation. Jerry never cut and ran. Jerry didn't whine. Jerry just does.

Kucinich could run for the house in some red district in 2014.
If the great Ed Asner could be tripped up by Joe Scarborough doing the 1/2 question then the other one pounces, a lesser speaker like Dennis, who already was messed up by Russert on the debate, will be easy target.
(and it helps that Dennis is friendly to saying the democrats suck anyhow.)

and a super pac is a super pac is a lobby group is a lobby group

that is why, I myself am not against money, and love the fact that Mike Bloomberg will give more than the NRA to win every race possible in 2014, no matter who the candidate is.
Best be anti-gun and take the money.
That is America at its finest.

like Vince Lombardi says "Winning is the only thing"
like the lotto says "you gotta be in it, to win it"

and like Russ Feingold did, he made a law with so many holes that he messed up the entire issue from the start. It doesn't take a genius to know there is a difference between
swiss cheese and American cheese.
It's the holes.

BTW, just a thought
you say its classier to be a professor.
But are you saying Elizabeth Warren should have remained a professor, and remained classy?
Instead of getting into the arena and thanks to Barack Obama being President, becoming soon the senior senator of Mass for perhaps the next 18 years?
I am happy she is in the arena.
Even if professors are classy.

What a load of crap to act suddenly as if FoxNews, horrid as it is, has not long been treated by OUR Party leadership as a legitimate outlet for a full range of political appearances, including exclusive one on one interview with the sitting President. So the President sits down with them at length, but some ex-Congressman is the one handing them legitimacy? If they are to be shunned, the Party should have shunned them. Instead in 2007 FoxNews co-sponsored a Democratic Primary Debate in Iowa along with CNN and MSNBC. Biden, Clinton and Obama took part.
It is just crazed to claim one day that it is great to have the President doing exclusive sit downs with a media outlet and then the next day damn some ex Congressman for taking a gig at the same outlet. Hypocritical to claim that an outlet which is allowed to sponsor Democratic Primary debates is off limits to Democrats.

and taking a job with them. Many people on here worship Kucinich and believe he can do no wrong and would have been better than Obama. Given how much people try to rip Obama a new one each day, Dennis is fair game. If he wants to go work for the right wing so be it, but we shouldn't hold him up as a hero like people have in the past. He doesn't deserve that anymore.

And once again your vitriol has gotten the best of you. I've pointed that out to you once before haven't I?

My guess is that he likely did not have a huge number of good options and needed a job. I don't think he was ever wealthy and I don't think he could count on earning enough money by writing an autobiography or a book on a subject that interests him.
