Justice Sotomayor gets it right --> “Why would we vote in favor of a county whose record is the epitome of what caused the passage of this law to start with?” she asked, wondering why the Court should invalidate Section 5 if, as she argued, any formula would cover Shelby County. “Discrimination is discrimination.”

Be solved. I think it might be time to prevent the angry old white man from voting. Or maybe the gun owners, then we could get sensible gun laws on the books.
