It seems like there needs to be a house cleaning in the military.

Anyone that has had charges against them sexually should be discharged. Yes, it might include some that are innocent but considering that this is a culture within the military it needs to be sterilized.

In addition, no one above a command level in the military should be allowed to lobby for 3 years after discharge. And no one who is in the military should be allowed to be in the Capitol while in uniform unless they are there taking care of business such as providing testimony.

on sexual harassment, assault, and degradation as anyone, but that clearly violates due process.

I agree on the lobbying moratorium, and I think some prophylactic measures being put in place after an accusation--short of ending someone's career--would be reasonable.

getting due justice. There must be fair investigations and a fair and impartial legal process, for BOTH accused and accuser.
