Facebook and Equal Rights Profile Pictures

Its amazing how many of my friends have changed their facebook profiles to that of an equal sign (on a red background) to show that they are standing with those fighting for marriage equal rights

It really made me feel proud that I am friends with so many people who are in tune with what is going on and support equal rights for everyone regardless of their sexual orientation....in fact I was surprised by some of the people who changed their pictures because I had never imagined that they would actually be supporting gay marriage

Let's hope that the supreme court shows that it will be on the right side of history and lets every man and woman in our country truly have equal rights

Let's Move Forward (as a nation)

I expected my political friends and the friends from working at a gay rights group to change thers. I was blown away by my non-political friends. And that is a good thing.

I would love to see more of my family do it, but I was shocked by how many people have done it!
