Rove: GOP Has ‘Outside Chance’ Of Winning Senate In 2014

The Republican Party has an "outside chance" of taking control of the Senate in the 2014 midterm elections, Karl Rove wrote in a Wall Street Journal op-ed published online Wednesday.

But it will depend on quality candidates and quality campaigns, Rove wrote, reminding readers of the failed campaigns of Todd Akin and Richard Mourdock.

"2014 represents a great opportunity for Republicans: they'd better not let it get away," Rove wrote.

The Democratic party will win the house and hold the senate. It will indeed be worse for the Repubs. graham4anything May 2013 #3

and the 80-20 is coming quickly.
The extreme20% of the country, made up from both sides will be rendered obsolete in the elections.

After the last cycle, I don't know why any intelligent person would give him money. But it isn't as if any of the others like him did any better.

Objectively, if you give Karl nothing at all, the odds of the GOP taking over the Senate must be greater than 50/50.

He is just trying to set people up so that if they give him millions again and he still loses, he can say "Well, gentle billionaires, I told you the odds were heavily stacked against us."
