Does Obama advisor Dan Pfeiffer strike anyone else as kind of a lightweight?

I'm always glad to see the Sunday shows include WH staff but Pfeiffer isn't making a convincing case for the President's side on the IRS situation.

He talks faster than Chris Hayes (who I like, BTW), kind of like Tim Geithner in staccato bursts of speech.
