Government is making money off student loans
For some reason this story did not generate traction when first published in April. I did not see it either.

Howard Fineman mentioned today the amount of $50 billion that are used to lower the deficit, while further loading on the next generations.
It is outrageous to charge students more than the Federal reserve charges the banks, or even more than mortgage rates are.
Now this would be a "scandal."
