He is going there to view the rebuilding effort post Hurricane Sandy. 8. The PResident is not "meeting" with Christie. He and Christie are participating in events

relating to the rebuilding of the NJ shore -- something that was only possible through the intervention of the federal government. It absolutely appropriate for the President to be there, unless of course you think its better for the Democratic party for a republican to be standing there alone taking all the credit for the rebuilding effort.
