I grew up in Wyoming and sometime around 1972 or so a leader of Hell's Angels made a statement that he thought all the HE folks should move to Wyoming and set up their own state since there were more HE supporters than the 400+ K residents of Wyoming.

Many in Wyoming became very concerned and wanted to try to pass some kind of laws to prevent this. I just sat back and laughed because the soft-bellies in the HE would never stand out with a Wyoming winter of -35 or -40 degrees and winds that howl endlessly, etc.

Of course HE domination ever materialized.

The same thing in ND...It is so incredibly cold and hostile in the winter the Supremacists will never make any kind of lasting impact.
