How Ignorant Is Freeper Jim Robinson???

Jim Robinson over at FR wrote; "blah, blah, blah, blah," responding to his latest crush, Ted Cruz and the funding for ACA.

He then quoted Federalist 58 as to why the House can defund and the appropriations clause... (I try to pay to much attention).

In The Federalist No. 58, James Madison described the centrality of the power of the purse’s role in the growth of representative government and its particular importance in the Constitution’s governmental structure:

Of course he gave the corresponding link from the Heritage Foundation;

But being a good American I know to take anything claimed by a Right Wing batshit wingnut with a grain of salt so I decided to confirm Federalist 58 and this is what I found;

What a dumbass!

By the way, he is having another leg amputated paid for by the government.

And, I'm ashamed that this person lives in my old hometown of Fresno, CA.
