I suspect this image came from the near beginning of the speech, when Obama read off a list of the units present in the hanger. The list left some units off, including the 82nd Airborne. Needless to say, the members of the 82nd were happy to yell out that they'd been left out, to which Obama replied that whoever made the list was gonna be in trouble. If you look at the image, the soldier is pointing toward his 82nd Airborne insignia, probably his response to "Did I leave anybody out?" The others are laughing because several dozen people all yelled out "82nd!" fairly loudly.
