Of the EIGHT nominees on the Senate's schedule being debated for confirmation SEVEN are female

Confirmed so far...

Cornelia T.L. Pillard, of the District of Columbia, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit
Landya B. McCafferty, of N.H., to be U.S. District Judge
Elizabeth A. Wolford, of New York, to be U.S. District Judge

Patricia M. Wald, of D.C. to be a Member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board
Chai Rachel Feldblum, of D.C., to be a Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

p.s. AND - Patricia Ann Millett, of Virginia, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit - was confirmed December 10th.

You'd have to go read up on all of them individually to see how liberal each are.

political persuasions on the sliding scale of liberal --->moderate--->conservative is a bit harder to assess.
