I obtained the information contained in this OP from a comment appearing beneath this news article at TPM; McCain: Comparing Obama To Chamberlain Was An 'Exaggeration.' The author asked, "why isn't the MSM talking about this?"

I decided to check out the info in the comment; the comment's author is correct. McCain met with a very, very right wing anti-Semitic leader of the Ukraine opposition (pic below). In the last election, they won 41 seats in the parliament. Undoubtedly, when McCain was introduced to Tyagnibok, they shook hands. And yet, McCain claims the President shaking hands with Raul Castro comparable to PM Chamberlain shaking hands with Adolf Hitler.

I know McCain is back pedaling on his comment about the President but, I've had enough of this crotchety old man, he's becoming, if he hasn't already, an international embarrassment. I'm spreading this news to several news outlets and columnists. Please feel free to share this info.
