Palm Beach County is still higher @ $3.75 today than what I paid in St Lucie County

(130,864 posts)Have been out of town since Monday, and on way home last night noticed fairly 'big' drops, 10 cents and more at some stations. I THINK I saw one @ $3.65 (cash.)

(16,254 posts)It's been dropping almost every day since Obama announced he was asking his people to look into the speculation.
On the other hand, I was po'd yesterday when I checked my grocery recpt. and saw that the 1+# package of grapes (2 handfuls) rang up at $6.48.

So I really don't think the comparison works.

(35,392 posts)until yesterday, I could get it for $3.63 a gallon ... it jumped 17 cents overnight to $3.90.

(18,402 posts)4.45 point 9 to be exact, at the three closest stations to us. Overall, the prices here seem to be ranging from a low of 4.25 (west part of city) to 4.59 (north part of city).
Sigh, we always have the most expensive in nation (tie with California)
