Why not make it more flexible for people to sign up for healthcare?

Some people are just coming around to realizing they can get good healthcare plans through 'Obamacare'. People are slow to adjust. Being bombarded by myths on the MSM they now are talking to their friends and relatives who have signed on and are satisfied. I talked to some people yesterday and they said that they didn't really know what was involved and they had heard all these bad things.....and they needed some time to pursue all the options. Are they too late?

then we can get all people without insurance insured. Then we had push the public option to compete.

and if not successful by March 31, assume risk of a fine (which I doubt will be assessed.)

Really shouldn't take another 3 months to figure things out, if people are interested in doing so.

Public option won't happen this time around, imo.
