Why in the HELL doesn't this get all over all the stations, papers & blogs like what would happen if a LIBERAL group had the AUDACITY to try to stop "freedom of speech" on a conservative pundit??? To interfere with "freedom of the press" ????

Why in the hell doesn't MSNBC, and the social media start throwing the "freedom of speech" & "freedom of the press" thing right back at them, Duck Die-Nasty style, and start a shit storm over this??? 24/7. Going on all the shows, going viral, counter-suing for infringement on freedom of speech/freedom of the press...or SOMETHING?

Why won't MSNBC counter sue the Koch Brothers??? Of course, they may not have a case, but NEITHER DO THE KOCH BROTHERS!! What Rachel reported WAS TRUE!

First, it would draw national attention (rather than just the Maddow show viewers) to the fact that the Koch Bros are financing right wing legislation and groups all around the country (things that show how come republicans are winning races when they shouldn't be because they don't represent the majority of Americans....follow the money)

Second, because it truly IS the fact that the Koch brothers/tea party, in particular, and republicans in general trying to curb freedom of speech AND freedom of the press AND the right to vote away from Americans. For all their shouting about "constitutional rights", they just want constitutional rights for people who agree with them, and finance them....NOT -- let's be clear -- FOR ALL AMERICANS!!!

1. We essentially have lost the war on neocon control.

We lost when the Democrats during *bush years were too cowardly to fight the good fight. The billionaires continued to gain inch-by-inch, spreading like an infection into each state especially as governors, county offices and neighborhoods....gerrymandering districts comes to mind, voter denial, Diabold voting machines...etc....they consume our liberal freedoms.

During that time, the billionaires gained national control thru AM radio in every little burg and cornfield town across America....enabling the 24/7 message control of hating anything and all Democratic people and issues. That has since expanded to local TV news outlets maybe per contract basis, maybe not but the appearance of local is misleading....fox news updates dominate as does their message.

We applaud Rachel for her truth telling passion but when it comes down to it....they, the billionaires own us. She is up against the wall....as we all are now. We can only hope to find days where we can make the best out of a bad situation.

5. I worked on exposing the Black Box issues in Ohio back in the day.

There were successes. The battle continues today with John Husted. My neighbor and friend was fired from the Montgomery County Board of Elections due to Husted's desire to twist thing up for voters.
