NY Daily News Opinion: Cuomo's Port Authority Problem

Gov. Christie is rightly taking the heat for the appalling actions of his appointees, who apparently engineered fake traffic jams as political payback for the mayor of Fort Lee.
But for the long-term dysfunction at the Port Authority that made the scandal possible, Gov. Cuomo must take a share of the blame, too.
