2. I can remember when

There was a time back in the 80's when rural Virginia (read as any GOPer) ruled NOVA and other urban areas. I use to comment that NOVA should secede from Virginia. Now, 30 years later, it seems they would like to throw NOVA out of the commonwealth. I don't live in Virginia anymore, but close. I did take the time to read the bluevirginia blog. Sounds about right for the RWNJ's. Thank you for the posting the thread.

3. Of course, if Northern Virginia did separate from Virginia

then the rest of the state would lose their economic engine, major source of revenues (and jobs), etc, etc. Good luck with that!
