SOTU - If the Tan Man represents republicans,

Last edited Wed Jan 29, 2014, 11:22 AM - Edit history (1)

then I can see why they have lost the past 2 elections.

I watched the Tan man tonight at the SOTU and noted the following:

I could probably count on 1 hand the amount of times he stood up. Biden however, was up at least 10 times as much.

When equal pay was mention for women, Biden stood, smiled and clapped. The Tan man did not.

When the ACA was mentioned especially about pre existing conditions, the Tan man smirked, and did not stand, while Biden did.

When minimum pay was mentioned, Biden smiled (with teeth), and the Tan man smirked again. I never saw his teeth.

When voting rights was mentioned, Biden clapped, the tan man did not.

When the issue regarding the needless shootings, Biden clapped, the tan man did not.

I wasn't shocked when the Tan man actually stood up for the armed forces. After all, they love war.

The Tan man was always the first to sit down when he actually did stand. What's up with that? It was like, I've had enough of this crap, and I'm sitting down.

When Cory Remsberg's story was revealed, the tan man barely clapped, as though he could care less.

Conclusion: If the tan man represents the republican party, I can definitely see why the republican party is on the down hill. He showed no compassion at all. Biden was all over it. It was as though he was heartless. I'm sorry tan man, but this country was not built on your ignorance and selfishness. It was sickening to watch him. Anti equal rights, anti ACA, anti voting rights. I could go on and on. He only confirmed the facts tonight.

Obama, on the other hand hit a grand slam. He reminded me all over again as to why I voted for him. I really look forward to his remainder in office. Let the fun begin.

Have you ever seen his teeth? I think I'd be afraid to... chimney that he is. Might be one of those things so horrible that can't be unseen. Yikes. But maybe he has no teeth...?

I am sick and tired of these holier than thou republicans thinking their shit don't stink. They walk around all day with smirks, thinking the rest of the world is crazy. They don't care about anyone but themselves. Listening to this mornings comments on TV only confirms this. You could tell Boner wanted to be at the SOTU about as much as he wanted his eye teeth pulled at the dentist.

I can't wait til we vote these ignorant a'holes out of office in November.
