It's a domino effect. Republicans will soon find out what their ignorance for the unemployed will do to them in November. And, of course, they have no plans to create jobs either. Get these assholes out of office.

how many times Obama called them out on this in the state of the union, and how many times Reid has brought it up for a vote to put them on the spot, it doesn't exactly look like Democrats care a whole lot more. At least not the ones with any of the power and authority.

Way too many Democrats (D) in Congress act like and/or enable the Republicans. The list is long. Democrats historically worked for the benefit of people. That doesn't seem to be the case any longer.

It was the Republicans that voted it down. I assume you are also not a Democrat.

ETA: Actually, if I recall correctly you don't vote in U.S. elections. Is that right?

The United States is that land mass between Mexico and Canada and between the Atlantic Ocean, on the East and the Pacific Ocean on the West. It is in the Northern hemisphere. It should be fairly easy to find on a world map. Most elementary schools should have one.
I am registered to Vote in Kansas City, Missouri, after having lived in North Dakota for 45 years. North Dakota is in the middle of the North American continent. Kansas City is near the middle of the United States.
I am a US citizen, born in this country, to parents of German and Scotch-Irish decent, who were also born in this country, as were their parents. I have a valid passport, with stamps.
I vote Liberal, Progressive. I try not to vote for 3rd Way, New Democrats, DINO's, or DLC, or any other Republican Lite, such as Hillary Clinton. I do not vote for Republicans, libertarians, etc.
I research my candidates. I do not hero worship any of them. They are supposed to be in our employ and do our bidding. They are suppose to be working for and in the interest of their constituents. If you vote for name recondition or hero worship, you are part of the problem.

But I think it's time to remove them all and start over. Congress approval rating at an all time low? We have never had 100% participation when it comes to votes. I'm sure some of them are the perfect picture of a democrat, but with the results we have seen in the past 7 years, I think it's time to start with a clean slate. We can take some of the blame too, as no one showed up to vote in 2010.

If they only received as little as 10% of the votes required by the republicans, we wouldn't be here. 99% of the blame falls on the RepubliCANTS! They have admitted they are doing this because they want to stop Obama at all costs. They could care less who is affected. Note that the first entry in the post is a republican. I am wondering how many of the 1.7 million are registered republicans and will change their vote in November. The republicans are self destructing.
