make the ACA opposition/Job killer connection. It should be relatively easy to calculate the added employment numbers that expanding Medicaid to perform these procedures would net.

guaranteed protection by the UNITED States Constitution?

Isn't there sufficient evidence of intent to legally find them a threat to national security?
