GOP Congressional candidate: Planned Parenthood "evil;" most "victims of abortion are black"

At a forum last night in Alexandria, VA sponsored by the NAACP, Republican Congresional candidate Paul Haring said that Planned Parenthood is "evil," that most "victims of abortion are black" and that if African Americans keep on "electing these Democrats who support abortion, there will be no blacks in this country."

He also advocated religious instruction in the public schools and argued that "any type of sexual activity outside of a marriage between a man and a woman is immoral, and not only is it immoral, it's dangerous to your health."
