A prank is short sheeting a bed, 5 guys holding someone down while another takes scissors and cut the guys hair is out right assault and no matter what Limbaugh says it WAS illegal in 1965.

By the way what happen to "do unto other as you would have them to do to you"?

Nothing nearly this bad happened to me. To be remorseless enough to not even remember it? I distinctly remember the times when I was cruel (never to this extent) and I regret them.

Romney should have come out and said yes I did this and I regret it. He can't walk it back now. I am going to suggest to my amateur filmmaker daughter to perhaps do a reenactment. It would look particularly vicious without any dramatic license.

I had a gay student in my dorm in college when I was a freshman. A group on the floor gave him a swirly. I had never interacted with him before the incident - I really never gave him much thought one way or the other. When I heard what they did, I thought it was awful but I did not stand up. I talked with him in the laundry room one time. I wish I had said more. I can't say the pack that did it were friends (some were cruel to me as well), but I did not make a stand. These are adults doing this crap. In hindsight the gay student should have filed charges.

they'd be in jail, and it would be national news. Back then, they didn't even get in trouble from the school.
