WASHINGTON (AP) — First ladies typically avoid getting into public scraps, but Michelle Obama has jumped into perhaps her biggest battle yet.

She's fighting a House Republican effort to soften a central part of her prized anti-childhood obesity campaign and she says she's ready "to fight until the bitter end."

Perhaps children eating so much sugar or junk food will lead to Type 2 Diabetes in early adulthood.

1. 1 million less students a day ate lunch with the new health standards? Somehow that is a

justification to lower the standards? 1 million less children not eating a crappy lunch is a bad thing?


It is all about making money folks, AP reports not a word about the massive profit loss by corporations who make much less on fruits and vegetables, manufactured by nature, than pizza and burgers, made by manufactures.

Any institution that insists pizza is a vegetable is too corrupt to have a single word say on the issue.
And the manufacturers that are in this for the profit only and therefore in massive conflict should just STFU and make what the customer, the government, tells you what to make, and quit running to mommy Republicans to tell on them.

4. The French love and care for their children and every child. In America money for SNAP was switched

to billionaire AG corporations. Junk food is served in schools. Perhaps Agricultural corporations are in the, junk food to schools, business being enabled by a GOP controlled State legislature and federal Congressional members. What do you think about the plan for corporations to get tax breaks for donating old candy to schools that end up being a part of the School Lunch Menu for students on federal free and reduced price lunches?

5. So --they want to tick off Michele Obama

It makes me happy---because I want to see her run for office---maybe this will fire her up enough to run----they really ticked off Elisabeth Warren and she went to Kentucky and raised money for Alison Grimes-----can we take a guess at which Cabinet post HRC will nominate her for----ok kids ---the school lunch program will be fine----a few years maybe ----but this is a woman scorned -----go get 'em Michele
