Media Miss Substance Of Clinton's 3 Hours And 45 Minutes Of Interviews

The media's fixation on comments Hillary Clinton made during recent interviews responding to questions about her family's wealth has obscured the substantive issues Clinton talked about during nearly four hours of interviews.

Clinton's interviews on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Fox News, PBS, and NPR lasted for more than three hours and 45 minutes, not including commercials, according to a Media Matters analysis.

In the weeks since Clinton began promoting her book, the media has endlessly fixated on whether Clinton committed a "gaffe" when responding to questions about wealth.

.. doing what the MSM does. Their mission is not to inform, further the debate, provide a range of ideas on an issue. Their mission is to titillate, deflect and obfuscate. Of course, they do it much better to Democrats, the Republicans provide a cornucopia of opportunities to focus on the idiotic but their corporate masters favor them so they get a pass on everything but the most egregious stuff that the MSM knows you will hear about on social media anyway.

I turn on the corporate network news every once in a while to remind myself why it is pointless to listen to them at all.
