Great news, given that Virginia went for Obama twice, has two Democratic U.S. Senators and 3 statewide elected Democrats, yet has an absurdly skewed Congressional delegation (8-3) in favor of the Republicans.

5. no change untill 2015, so this years election will be another sucessfull map-scam by republicans.

They know it takes years in the courts to undo their gerrymandering damage.

6. WONDERFUL news, thanks,even if current boundaries remain for this election. Could this be the start

of a cascade of court decisions similar to what has been happening with gay marriage? Goodness knows, we desperately need it. If so, that could only empower election reform and return of further power to the people.
