This might be the best ad of the political season Wendy Davis new ad on crying ass Abbott

I say crying because he and the republicans are saying it is a hit piece on his disability. The Abbott campaign and republicans have been hitting Davis with names like abortion barbie from the start of this campaign and now when they come out with an ad that in fact truthful they start crying about it.This ad has 26,000 hits just today

Been reading some of the responses by GOP cry babies. OK when they lie with distorted ads, "mean" when Dems tell the obvious truths.

and I go around preaching the virtues of voting for Wendy. I have just one friend who is a hard-core republican. He claims that he's independent but he always votes republican and he voted for romney even when I showed him proof that mitt is a serial liar. But I digress.

My point is that if abbott wins, I'm the one who's going to be crying. So I tell my friends and family to please vote, if not, then I'll kick their ass.

about the ad hope it's what pushes Wendy to the top. It's a strong ad which tells the truth about abbott and he's going to respond with lying ads about Wendy, because, after all, it's what repugs do best, lie, cheat, and steal.

Of course the Republicans have spent years trying to cap damages for things such as medical malpractice.

The ad itself, though, is fairly tame, and the message is on the mark.

It's hilarious (and sad) that the MSM doesn't hit the fainting couch with the vapors until a Dem gets rough on a Republican.

Everyone who is really supporting Wendy loves the ad. Abbott supporters continue to clutch their pearls. The three independents in the state could care less.

The true genius of the ad is that it has fired up the base. As we have said from the beginning, Texas is not a red state - it is a non-voting state. If we get our folks out in force, give them a reason to vote, we win. Texans like fighters. This is a fighting ad. Pearl-clutchers are not a motivated group. They are entitled.

For years, the republicans have aired the biggest bald-faced lies you can imagine. Why? To rile up their base and get them to the polls. This ad has the added beauty of being the truth.

Long and short - no one was going to vote for Wendy because she played well with others (which she does, but that's beside the point).
