The Arizona Ballot had to Issue items (of note) ...

The first was a constitutional amendment to allow for Nullification of Federal law ... Hell No, the Civil War decided that issue.

The second would allow for terminal patients to receive whatever drug they (and their doctor) want, as a possible treatment protocol ... Why not?

But I'm all over the map on the Federalism issue. I want Federal Supremacy as it is what prevents a total Civil Rights roll back; but it also prevents MMJ, which I support.
